Regardless of what you stock, how and where you stock it (above and/or underground), it must all be monitored and controlled. When working for LG Electronics SA, I had to write my own and complete Warehouse Management System in words, and the programmers sent me that exact system. It took my staff only 2 days to use it well.

Large quantities in various locations are no problem. I worked with 9 Depots and I can even visit branches/depots, once off, quarterly or annually.
Inventory Management and Procedures
I enjoy helping people, within their specific circumstances, my aim is to optimize and educate, as well as suggest improvements all relevant systems and procedures. Inventory can be your best asset, therefore all inventory levels must continuously adapt, run effectively and relevant to a changing world, industry and economic conditions.
